A precinct could set this up and attach PDFs to the page and make them available to the group
EVENTS
so can we make this website so that only administrator or author in this case is the only one able to manipulate/make changes? from what i can see it looks like anyone can edit. this would not be what we are after - certainly when it comes to comments or suggestions definitely but not to the bulk of the content....i'll show JG next week.
